When challenges arise with no clear solutions, Tiffany is the person others turn to. Her ability to solve even the most insurmountable problems has earned her a reputation as the MacGyver of the program office and reflects the standard she sets for operational excellence.
Tiffany has guided complex organizational initiatives, including the separation from Intel and the work required to stand up the Solidigm environment. She played a central role in transitioning the business from its first to its second close, managing high-stakes projects that demanded persistence and clarity. Her leadership centers on follow-through and accountability, with a focus on delivering outcomes even when the path forward is unclear.
Her drive is also deeply personal. Twenty years ago, when her son Braden was diagnosed with autism, information was difficult to access, and services were challenging to navigate. “That binder became my lifeline for my son Braden,” she recalls, describing the detailed, paper records she compiled to track doctors, agencies, school districts, key contacts, and critical dates. She still references that binder today and shares what she learned with other families beginning their own journeys.
Now, she views advances in data and AI through that same lens of lived experience. Her unique perspective has enabled her to envision the incredible opportunity ahead for both Solidigm and the broader technology industry.
When I think about data, I think about what the advances will be in the medical field when it comes to autism and developmental delays and how they’re going to be able to take that data and those advances and improve the lives of families.
Tiffany champions an inclusive culture at Solidigm where empathy and performance go hand in hand. Her experience navigating educational and social systems has strengthened her ability to recognize the unseen challenges others may carry. She works to create environments where people feel supported and empowered to contribute fully. It all comes back to how she approaches every challenge. "I may not be the content expert, but I go figure it out and I get stuff done."
Whether overseeing workspace buildouts or participating in research studies with her son, Tiffany remains focused on progress. She is motivated by the belief that the growing volume of data stored and analyzed today can help unlock new understanding tomorrow and create a more informed, more supportive future for the next generation.
