“What excites me most about working at Solidigm is the opportunity to architect the next generations of SSDs for the AI era,” says Donia. “As the industry builds out massive data centers to support AI workloads, the demand for high-performance, high-density, and energy efficient storage brings a whole new set of complex problems to solve.” 

Fast Facts: Donia is a Senior Principal Engineer and has been innovating in the SSD space since its inception. In recent years, she has become passionate about supporting children and individuals with developmental disabilities.

“We bring ideas and instincts to the table that come from experiences that are uniquely ours,” Farrah explains. “If everyone approaches problems with the same background and worldview, the result is predictable. Innovation thrives on difference.” 

Fast Facts: Farrah is the Chief of Staff in the IT Organization. She is passionate about mentoring the next-generation and teaches a class at Cal State San Marcos, where she reminds students that “success is rarely linear,” adding their “resilience matters more than a perfect transcript.”

“We’re a young company. We’re innovative. We’re leaders in our industry,” shares Pilar. “So why wouldn’t our events feel just as forward-thinking and dynamic?” 

Fast Facts: Pilar is willing to push boundaries (including pitching a ‘Renegade BBQ’ - one of the company’s most successful events). A native San Franciscan, she is also deeply committed to supporting her community, including the SF Giants and local conservation efforts.

Fast Facts: Erin began her career as a software intern at Intel where she worked for 7 years in engineering prior to joining Solidigm in 2021. She recently stepped into a new role as the Lead System Integrator and is a strong advocate for representation in the tech industry and the role it plays in helping others envision their own career paths.

“The launch of Solidigm’s next-gen performance product was a testimony of what can be achieved when teams share a common goal and are empowered by leadership,” shares Nudrat. “The journey required sustained collaboration, technical rigor, and trust across teams. It also demanded patience and perseverance when the stakes were as high as the industry’s expectations.” 

Fast Facts: Nudrat helped drive the launch of the recent Solidigm PS1010 eSSD. In addition to being motivated by her colleagues, Nudrat shares that her mother’s commitment to service drives her to support kidney dialysis for the underprivileged in Bangladesh.

Empowering Women for the New AI Era - As Seen in Comstock’s Magazine  

Among Solidigm’s leadership is a cohort of talented women leading the company’s business, technology, and workforce into the AI era. This includes:  

  • Pam Tenorio, Chief of Staff for Strategic Planning and Marketing, the division that shapes Solidigm’s product direction and roadmap and brings innovations to market; 
  • Ferris Peterson, Head of Global HR Operations, tasked with building a global, scalable, employee-centric HR operation for the fast-growing technology company; and 
  • Kristin King, Chief of Staff in Systems Product Development, where she drives execution and alignment across the organization. Kristin also leads the Women in SolidigmEmpowered resource group where team members share and create experiences.
